Project purpose
Abe Activity Graph は、土屋貴裕による研究プロジェクトです。本プロジェクトは、 公開された首相動静をもとに、第2期安倍政権期における首相の可視的な接触、 移動、会談、会食、外交日程を構造化し、時期別・組織別・カテゴリ別に 分析するためのデータ基盤を構築します。
Abe Activity Graph is a research project by Takahiro Tsuchiya. It structures publicly available prime ministerial activity records to analyze visible contacts, movements, meetings, meals, and diplomatic engagements during the second Abe administration.
The current public MVP is centered on principal coverage, organization rankings, category trends, and monthly activity trends across 2012-12-26 → 2020-09-16. Full-period person-level rankings remain limited because the early layer’s person-mention recall is materially lower than the late layer’s.

Source URLs for each event are preserved in the derived data so a reader can navigate to the publisher and consult the original on the publisher’s terms.
Public-safety policy
- No raw text in public artifacts. Underlying source text remains local-only under
data/raw/(gitignored). Public derived artifacts contain structured factual fields, source URLs, and SHA-256 hashes of the parsed segments for chain-of-custody. - Hard safety walk. Every public artifact is scanned for forbidden keys (
event_text,body,raw_text,description,verbatim_text,article_body,original_paragraph,snippet,lead) at any depth. A leak fails the build. - Public-record scope. Only contacts visible in the press-recorded daily-schedule are analyzed. Internal coordination, phone calls, and off-record meetings remain out of scope by construction.
- Principal-person model. 安倍晋三 is the principal of every event in scope and is excluded from contact rankings. See the full-period page for principal coverage and the comparability verdict.
Expression and reuse policy
- Derived artifacts (counts, rankings, JSON files) are released under the same license as the rest of the repository. They consist of aggregated, structured fields — not the underlying article or schedule text.
- Source URLs are reproduced so a reader can navigate to the original publisher and consult the underlying text on the publisher’s terms.
- Re-publishing the raw underlying text of the source materials is not authorized by this project; please consult the original publishers.
